We deliver products throughout the UK. We always strive to ensure that products ordered from the online store IntoComfort.co.uk reach customers as quickly as possible. Typically, during the season, most standard products are in stock, so they are usually delivered within 5-15 working days, depending on stock availability and the delivery location.

If a product needs to be made to order, delivery takes longer, and such products may take around 6-9 weeks to reach you. If the delivery deadline is crucial, please contact us to confirm the estimated delivery time. We deliver using freight transport companies. The delivery cost depends on the product’s dimensions, weight, and the exact delivery location.

Additional Information for the Courier: To ensure your order is delivered promptly, please provide any additional information for the courier that might assist the delivery process, such as the need to call upon arrival, etc.

Checking the Package upon Delivery: We recommend checking the external condition of the package while the courier is present. If you notice any damage to the package, make sure to note it with the courier or refuse to accept the package. If you sign for the package without noting any issues, the package will be considered delivered in good condition, and no claims regarding external damage will be accepted afterward.

Cash Payment upon Delivery: You can pay for your order in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. If you wish to choose this payment method, we recommend contacting our consultant to inquire about the available options.

Exact Payment Amount: If you choose to pay in cash upon delivery, please have the exact amount of cash indicated in your order. Otherwise, problems may arise if the courier cannot provide change.

Delivery Time: The courier service delivers orders only on weekdays. Usually, the courier will contact the recipient to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Delivery of Heavy and Non-Standard Packages: The courier will deliver packages using large vehicles. Please ensure that it will be possible to access the delivery address with such a vehicle. If access is not possible, the courier will unload the package at the nearest available location.

Returns: The products sold come with a warranty period specified in the product description. According to applicable laws, standard products can be returned to the seller without stating a reason. Custom-made products are not accepted for return. Returned products must be undamaged and packaged as they were upon delivery. Products can be returned by delivering them yourself or by sending them through a courier to our warehouse at Kęstučio g. 89, Prienai, Lithuania. After evaluating the condition of the returned products, the money will be refunded to the buyer within 5 working days. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of returns.
