We deliver goods by courier. The courier delivers the goods alone, therefore assistance from the buyer is necessary when unloading the goods. The delivery price depends on the dimensions of the kitchen, weight and location in the United Kingdom.

Additional information for the courier. In order for your ordered goods to be delivered promptly, we ask you to provide additional information to the courier to facilitate the delivery process, such as the need to call upon arrival, etc.

 

Checking the shipment during delivery. We recommend that you check the external condition of the shipment in the presence of the courier during the delivery of the goods. If you notice even the slightest damage to the shipment, it is necessary to write notes to the courier about the damage to the shipment or refuse to accept the shipment. After accepting the shipment and signing the shipment documents without notes, it is considered that the shipment has been transferred in good quality and in this case, claims regarding external damage to the goods will no longer be accepted.

After assessing the condition of the returned goods, the money is returned to the buyer within 5 days. The buyer is responsible for the transportation costs of returning the goods.
