Frame selection

We make tables for kamado grills based on solid wood or steel frames. If the furniture will be under a roof, then a wooden frame is a completely sufficient choice that will last for many years. However, if the furniture will be under the open sky, it will be constantly exposed to moisture, sun, and snow, then we would advise choosing a metal frame table.

Metal frame

We prime and powder coat steel frames. This is a process in which the steel is electrostatically coated with a primer, and then with paint powder, and in a very high-temperature furnace, this powder is melted into a solid protective film. The powder coating is extremely resistant to mechanical stress (abrasion), UV fading (fading), corrosion and chemical effects.

Wooden frame

Natural wood is a timeless classic. A kamado table made of natural wood will add coziness and expressiveness to your home. Natural wood BBQ tables are most often chosen by customers who combine the furniture with terrace floors and wooden house decoration details.

What wood to choose?

For furniture covered with paint, i.e. furniture whose wood structure and texture are completely covered with paint, Scandinavian pine wood is usually used.
For furniture whose finishing is oiling, oak wood is usually used or more luxurious lines are made with exotic wood – sucupira, cumaru
Of the trees common in Europe, oak wood is one of the strongest and most tolerant of moisture and darkens and hardens over time when exposed to moisture.
Exotic woods (sucupira, cumaru) are characterized by high resistance to rotting and extremely high strength. The disadvantage of exotic wood is its high price.

Specials solutions

A grill chef’s table should not only be ergonomic and aesthetically pleasing, but also durable and long-lasting. Outdoor items require special solutions. We have patented several important functional details for our BBQ tables.

Stainless steel drawer bottom.
An important functional solution. A special stone tile with a water-tight edge protection under the kamado grill. It prevents rainwater from entering the drawer below.
Aesthetics are important, so let’s hide the tongs, frying pan, and gloves. Hooks on the inside of the door will be perfect for this.
